What Is Rotary Stability & Why Is It So Important?

The core system is an integrated balance of stability and power driven muscles. For some movements we must generate force through flexion, extension, or rotation. Most parts of movement and strength actually require the ability to resist rotation, over flexion, and over extension. Here we are looking at a basic test and exercise for resisting rotation. This is harder than it looks! Poor stabilization can be a principle cause of pain throughout the body!
