Reclaim Strength, Mobility & Confidence Post-Rehab
Coming out of physical therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown. At Performance EDU, we’ve designed a structured, personalized pathway to help you confidently move forward. Our Bridging the Gap program takes the guesswork out of your next step, connecting rehabilitation with results-driven personal training.
What is Bridging the Gap?
This program is ideal for individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain who have completed physical therapy but still need expert support to regain strength, mobility, and function.
Whether you’re looking to return to daily activities, sports, or an active lifestyle, our coaches work closely with your therapist (when applicable) to ensure a safe and effective plan.
What to Expect
Each client receives:
Initial Movement Evaluation by our experienced coaches
Collaborative Care with your physical therapist or medical provider (if needed)
Individualized Program Design tailored to your abilities and goals
Progressive Training Plan to build strength, balance, and movement confidence
1-on-1 or Semi-Private Sessions depending on your needs and comfort level
Who It’s For?
Post-surgical clients (knee, shoulder, spine, etc.)
Individuals with chronic pain or mobility limitations
Former physical therapy patients not ready for general fitness classes
Athletes rehabbing an injury and preparing for return to sport
Anyone needing accountability and structure after rehab ends
Evidence:
A meta-analysis in Sports Medicine showed that patients who followed a structured strength program before surgery retained more muscle and returned to baseline function faster than those who did not.
