EDU Facility Update – 5 Weeks Into Buildout

Performance EDU Family,

We’re excited to share the latest update on the progress of our new facility. We are now officially five weeks into the buildout, and things are moving along quickly. The vision of creating a space that enhances the training experience for all of our members is becoming a reality.

Construction Progress

  • Framing has begun for the bathrooms, small office, and storage room.

  • This week, rough-in for HVAC and the new network infrastructure is underway.

  • Next week, electrical and drywall work will go into effect, bringing us another step closer to completion.

Facility Overview

  • Total facility size: 7,800 sq. ft.

  • Training space: 6,600 sq. ft.

    • Turf: 1,800 sq. ft.

    • Rubber flooring: 5,800 sq. ft.

  • Waiting room: includes a check-in area and seating for members.

  • Bathrooms: Women’s with multiple stalls, Men’s with 1 urinal and 1 stall.

Coaching & PT Space

  • 12 tables designated primarily for PTs, but also available for coaching.

New Equipment Additions

  • 2 additional Keisers

  • 2 Ski Ergs

  • 1 Rower

  • 1 Sled

  • 1 curved treadmill

  • 1,800 lbs of kettlebells and dumbbells

  • New storage racks for DBs and kettlebells

  • 1 additional rig (bringing us to 8 total squat stations)

  • Additional flat benches

Technology & Member Experience

  • All TVs inside the training space will be used for programming to enhance workouts and coaching flow.

  • Only the TV in the waiting area will be reserved for sports viewing.

Timeline Update

We are currently shooting for the first week of October to transition into the new space. We’ll continue to share progress as we move closer to opening day.

This new facility represents a major step forward for PerformanceEDU. With more space, upgraded equipment, and a design focused on your experience, we are building the next chapter of our community together.
