Dynamic Warm up (DWU) for Athletes

Here is a sample of an expedited version of the Dynamic Warm-up for the lower body. DWU is a great tool to get the blood flow circulating, but more of an emphasis to our corrective and rehab programming.

Here is a sample of the DWU:

  • Knee Hug: 5 reps on each side

  • Leg Cradle: 5 reps on each side

  • Quad Stretch: 5 reps on each side

  • Lunge with Rotation: 5 reps on each side

  • Lateral Lunge: 5 reps on each side

  • T-Holds: 5 reps on each side

  • Worlds Greatest Stretch: 5 reps on each side
