This largely varies with each client as they all have unique goals. For someone who doesn’t necessarily care about strength or performance goals and only wants to feel better and lose a few pounds, I try to offer variety at every session with varying exercises and loads. However, for an athlete looking to increase performance in their chosen sport, I may repeat the same or similar training week for 4-6 weeks in order to measure progress and ensure that the program is an effective one for their goals and needs.
