Ask Your Coach a Question-Building A Program From An Assessment

How do you use the results of your various assessments and goal discussion to develop a fitness routine for each individual client?

  1. First, we walk the client through the assessment results. Once a client understands what is actually going on with their body, it is easier to help them see the path to their goals. Next, we explain the basic corrective program that will correct their dysfunctions. Finally, we help them see how we progress those patterns into advancing program phases.  We continue to develop and challenge the client by safely increasing the load and complexity of their program. We continue to progress them until they have  reached their goals. After they have reached their goals, we start at the beginning by developing new goals.
